Tow bar for a bay crossover.
Part No PVW9
Watling Engineers list this part no on there website

It states it is for a Microbus, Combi, Van T2 Aug-71 to Jul-72 - note the very specific dates!
It looks like a JustKampers model J16654

It measures 101.5cm from outer mount to outer mount.
I do have a towball and bolts but no electrics.
